Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy

Cedar Tree Naturals offers both one‑time purchases and subscription options. By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms below.

One‑Time Purchases

One‑time orders are billed immediately at checkout. These orders cannot be canceled once they have entered processing or fulfillment. If you need to update your shipping address, contact support as soon as possible.

Subscriptions

Our subscription option provides automatic recurring deliveries at the interval you select.

By subscribing, you agree to:

• Automatic billing on each renewal date

• Automatic shipment of your selected product

• Maintaining an active payment method on file

Managing or Canceling a Subscription

You may modify, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time through your customer account portal.

To avoid being charged for your next shipment, cancellations must be completed before the renewal date. Once a renewal has processed, the order cannot be canceled or refunded.

Failed Payments

If a payment fails, the system may automatically retry the charge. If payment cannot be collected, your subscription may be paused until updated payment information is provided.

Price Changes

Subscription pricing may change over time. If pricing changes, you will be notified prior to your next renewal.
